Product Introduction
Pivot gravity davit system, also known as gravity luffing type davit, is specifically designed for safe and efficient launch and retrieval of a conventional lifeboat which is a totally enclosed lifeboat. The gravity davit could launch the lifeboat or rescue boat by its own gravity to the surface of the water, which also could pour down the lifeboat or rescue boat outboard while the pivot gravity davit losses the electricity power.
It is designed for a long time operation in a tough and corrosive marine environment. While launching, the passengers could pull the remote control cable in the lifeboat or rescue boat to launch or stop the lifeboat, rescue boat, or life raft. Besides, the crews can operate the pivot gravity davit on the deck. The gravity davit system is designed to fulfill all requirements as given in the latest SOLAS/IMO requirements.
